Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. It makes us feel good and happy. There are many different exercises we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. Avoid junk food and drink lots water if you want to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. We need to sleep every night. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead us to many problems, including back pain, depressions, heart disease, diabetes and obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
